We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our policy below:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (if applicable, will be mentioned on product page).

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Item

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images for quick resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized jewellery items are not eligible for return/refund unless defective.
